REFUND POLICY

TechVerce.us LLC guarantees your satisfaction with all its services purchased through our website; in case you are not satisfied, please call us at +1(844) 355-1304, or email us at info@techverce.us. We promise immediate remedy and guarantee replacement or refund of services, within 48 hours from the time of the complaint.


One Time Fix

Customers purchasing one-time fix from TechVerce.us LLC are only eligible for a refund if the issues reported were not fixed. The one time fix is valid for 48 hours from the time the issue was fixed. If the fix fails customer can report the issues to TechVerce.us LLC by calling us on +1 844 335-1304 or emailing us at info@techverce.us. Within 48 hours. We promise immediate remedy and guarantee the replacement of services. In cases where TechVerce.us LLC determines the issue can’t be resolved, a full refund will be processed, and the credit should appear in customer’s account within 5-10 business days after processing of refund request, according to the processing schedule of the credit card networks and the customer’s bank.


Subscription Services

In addition to our one-time services, TechVerce.us offers subscription service plans of duration’s 3 months and 6 months. TechVerce.us LLC offers a full refund to any of its customers who have purchased subscription services and want to terminate the same within 30 days. After 30 days the refunds or termination of services would be on a pro-rated basis relative to the term of the subscription. Please review our return policy before purchasing any of our Products or Services. TechVerce.us LLC offers a detailed description of its services on our website www.techverce.us Therefore, it is assumed that the customer has reviewed Products and Services of choice and is satisfied with their quality before making a decision to purchase; therefore no refund/return request should be solicited by the buyer/user after 30 days from the date of purchase. When requesting a refund, a reply will be sent to you after it has been reviewed whether product or service is defective. If a customer still desires to make a return, we will process a refund and the credit should appear in customer’s account within 5-10 business days after processing of refund request, according to the processing schedule of the credit card networks and the customer’s bank. Refund will normally be made to the same account used to make a purchase; i.e. to the customer bank account, credit card, or PayPal account, whichever was used. Only under unusual circumstances would the refunds be processed by other instruments or accounts. All refunds should be credited to customer account within 7-10 business days after acceptance of refund request. For refund beyond 30 days: Customer must return any product in its original form with packaging and documentation to qualify for a refund. We acknowledge that packing the product to ensure an undamaged return is the customer’s responsibility. All returned products must be undamaged. TechVerce.us LLC reserves the right to consider arbitration with the customer for a refund under resolution provided, software delivered, services realized and used by the customer. Under such condition the company shall be paid in full for all the services utilized by the customer under the contract. In case customer chooses to approach banks or any third party for a refund in form the of chargeback or any other means, TechVerce.us LLC reserves the right of arbitration and right to approach the customer or any Authority for resolution. Under no condition would the resolution be greater than what was charged for the product(s) or service(s) in question.
